Capital Gutters, a family-owned gutter company serving the Capital Region and Syracuse, was founded by Richard Contreras in 1985 in Oyster Bay, Long Island. The business ran on one rule from day one: be honest and upfront with every customer. Richard passed that rule down to his three sons, who brought the business upstate and have run it as a family operation ever since.
Over 30 years later, that same family still runs Capital Gutters and still holds to the same standard.
